许瑞波，博士，江苏海洋大学教授，主持江苏省教育厅自然科学重大项目、连云港市科技攻关项目等，入选江苏省科技副总、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、连云港市“521高层次人才培养工程”、连云港市“海燕计划”人才培养项目等，获得第三届、第四届连云市自然科学优秀学术成果奖一等奖、二等奖各1项。
